A+ certification was organized by computer technology industry association which is popularly known as comp TIA. This organization is a nonprofit organization and issues this certification in order to gain credentials regarding handling the computer hardware as well as software. For certifying this A+ certification, candidates have to take up two examinations. They are essentials of A+ and one elective paper. Candidates can select their elective paper from the following options.

1) Remote support technician
2) Depot technician
3) IT technician

These are the 3 elective papers available for the candidates. They can choose any one of the three papers that suits them best.
